Right of Withdrawal Policy (EU Consumers)

This policy is provided in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period) Consumers located in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal (often referred to as a "cooling-off period") from the date they receive their goods. During this time, you may cancel your order for any reason and without justification.

Exception for Custom Goods: Please note that as a business specializing in custom drinkware, any items that are highly personalized, engraved, or manufactured to your exact specifications are legally exempt from this right of withdrawal. Standard supply items, such as non-customized glitter, are fully eligible for this 14-day cooling-off period.

2. How to Exercise Your Right To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a clear cancellation request before the 14-day period expires. You can easily do this by using the "Withdraw from Contract" button provided on our storefront or customer account page.

The withdrawal process features a strict two-step confirmation where you must provide:

• Your full name

• Your order reference number

Upon submitting your request, Wattsup Customs will automatically send you a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of your withdrawal.

3. Effects of Withdrawal and Returns If you withdraw from this contract for eligible items, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery. You must return the goods to our primary facility in Clinton, Utah, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
