OFFICIAL RULES: THE $400 HOLIDAY GIFT CARD SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility:
This Campaign is open only to those who enter at wattsupcustoms.com or enter via mail-in entry and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Wattsup Customs, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
2. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Wattsup Customs as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
3. Campaign Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting on December 8, 2025, at 12:00 AM MST and ending December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025, and received by January 3, 2026.
4. How to Enter:
The Campaign must be entered by submitting an entry using one of the following methods:

Method A: Purchase Entry (Automatic): You will automatically receive sweepstakes entries for every qualifying accessory product purchased at wattsupcustoms.com during the Campaign Period.
- 1 Entry: Single Straws, Straw Brushes.
- 2 Entries: Straw Sets, Lids.
- 40 - 50 Entries: Specifically marked "Ticket Bundle" or "Digital Art" products.

Method B: Mail-In Entry (Free Alternate Method): To enter without making a purchase, on a plain 3"x5" card, legibly handprint your first name, last name, complete address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and email address. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed envelope with proper postage to:

Limit: One entry per outer mailing envelope. Each mail-in entry counts as 1 Entry.
5. Prizes:
The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive:
- Grand Prize: $100 Store Gift Card.
- Total Winners: Four (4) winners will be selected.
- Total Prize Pool: $400.00 USD.
- Multiple Wins: The same person is eligible to win multiple times. If a specific entrant's name is drawn multiple times, they will be awarded the cumulative value of the prizes won (e.g., winning twice = $200 Gift Card).
The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.
6. Odds:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected by Pine Raffle under the supervision of Wattsup Customs on January 4, 2026.
Winners will be notified by email within one (1) day following the selection of Winners. Wattsup Customs shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited.
8. Rights Granted by You:
By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Wattsup Customs, anyone acting on behalf of Wattsup Customs, and Wattsup Customs’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes.
9. Terms & Conditions:
Wattsup Customs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Wattsup Customs’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign.
10. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Wattsup Customs and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment.
11. Privacy Policy:
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the wattsupcustoms.com website.
12. Sponsor:
